From the Netherlands to Delaware
La Gayeta was inspired by the time we lived in the Netherlands, where we developed a love for the stroopwafel tradition and experienced it as part of everyday life. We later completed professional stroopwafel training there, learning the craft firsthand before bringing that experience home to Delaware and creating La Gayeta.
